At Full Circle of Support (FCS), we partner with students and families to build capacity and demystify educational processes, resources and supports specific to a student’s needs.  Navigating the system for students who are experiencing barriers to learning,  or are suspected of specific learning disabilities is what we do.

Too often support and services in the school setting and community agencies work in isolation resulting in uncoordinated and disjointed support and services.

Getting your child the help he or she needs from the school can seem like a complex process of meetings and testing – because it is.

In order to get your child access to everything he or she needs you need to have an understanding of the process, evaluation results, and the options available to you.

We can guide you to a better understanding of:

• The IEP/504, Reading Success Plan, and Transition Planning process
• Eligibility and what evaluation results mean for your child
• The options available through your child’s school as well as FCS support and the Next Steps
• The appropriate programming, support, and instructional strategies to support your child’s unique needs
• Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Time-limited (SMART) goals with progress monitoring
•  What connected interventions should look like to meet those goals
