At Full Circle of Support, we create partnerships for success throughout the transition process to help each student reach their post-secondary goals. The FCS Transition Framework provides an individual-centered, holistic approach to transition planning.

The Missouri Close the Gap Grant is a dedicated initiative aimed at improving education in the state. It offers a one-time grant of up to $1,500 to eligible Missouri residents that can be used to cover a variety of educational expenses. One key advantage of Close the Gap is the grant's focus on tutoring services.
Step Up For Students empowers families to pursue and engage in the most appropriate learning options for their children. Through the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) allows parents of students with unique abilities to personalize the education of their children by directing scholarship dollars toward a combination of programs and services offered by approved providers, such as Full Circle of Support.
