Full Circle of Support was founded by Anne Castro, a parent, and educator with more than 20 years of experience empowering families and giving voice to students with special needs or an identified or suspected learning disability, helping them make sense of the educational system and gain access to essential support and services to reach their true potential!
Hi, I am Anne Castro, Founder and Executive Director of Full Circle of Support. I am excited to be a part of an organization that empowers exceptional learners and families. You are not alone! As a parent, I found myself navigating what often felt like unchartered territory when looking for support or services to meet the unique learning needs of each of my own children. I understand the time and commitment that families have to take when their child encounters a barrier to learning and I am committed to partnering with families and students to help them break through those learning barriers and reach their dreams!
In addition to being a parent, I am a Certified Reading Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Masters’ and certification in Special Education and Special Reading. I share a unique perspective and passion for supporting families and students as they navigate their own unique educational journey with our Full Circle of Support.

We provide a comprehensive framework of support to help families address identified learning challenges, as well as pinpoint overlooked factors that may be affecting a student’s ability to learn, and build an individualized, actionable plan to empower students, families/caregivers, and their full circle of support.
Our holistic solution-based approach ensures that our individualized support plans and interventions are designed to meet each student’s needs.
We are dedicated to giving students with learning difficulties the tools and support they need to succeed in school and beyond. Our learning specialists provide a range of services, from evaluations and testing, personalized education plans, school consultation, IEP/504, Reading Success Plan, and Transition Planning Support, as well as team meeting support.
